Working Principle:
The "Low-Altitude Series Oil Fume purifier" utilizes ultra-high voltage electrostatic precipitators to create an ultra-high voltage electric field inside the purifier. This field strongly charges the pollutant particles in the passing oil fumes, separating particles larger than 5 micrometers and fully charging particles smaller than 1 micrometer, as well as odor molecules. These saturated charged particles and odor molecules are then neutralized in the "Adsorption Treatment Zone," achieving thorough oil and odor removal.
After entering the low-altitude series oil fume purifier, the oil fumes first undergo preliminary treatment in the mechanical pretreatment zone, followed by the "S-Charging Treatment Zone." In this stage, the removal efficiency of oil droplets and other pollutant particles larger than 5 micrometers in diameter exceeds 80%, but the removal efficiency for smoke particles and odor molecules smaller than 1 micrometer in diameter is relatively low. The "Charging Treatment Zone" primarily removes large and medium-sized oil droplets and saturates the fine oil droplets and odor molecules with a near-saturated charge (i.e., they become charged particles or ions).
After treatment in the "charged treatment zone," large and medium-sized particulate pollutants in the fumes have been largely removed. Smaller particles that were not initially treated are now saturated with an electric field and charged (some particles further increase their charge through diffusion after entering the adsorption treatment zone). When the fumes enter the adsorption treatment zone, a mirror force, much stronger than intermolecular forces, is generated between the saturated charged particles and the window material, and the zero-potential filler. This force overcomes the intermolecular forces and the air film between the charged particles, ions, and filler, causing them to bind together and achieve dust removal.
