Core working principle:


The core of this equipment lies in two clearly defined water circulation systems, which, combined with other purification modules, form a composite purification chain. The upper water circulation system forms a water curtain or water film. Oil fumes, charcoal ash, sparks, etc. generated from grilling will first come into contact with this water curtain, which can quickly cool down and avoid the risk of open flame, and also intercept most of the large particulate impurities. The lower water circulation system focuses on adsorbing the grease in the oil fumes, while dissolving some odor components, and settling the oil and residual impurities into the water tank. After the dual water circulation pretreatment, the oil fumes will enter the subsequent high and low pressure electrostatic adsorption zone, where fine oil fume particles are ionized and adsorbed. Some high-end models will also have an activated carbon adsorption layer at the end to filter the residual trace amounts of irritating gases, and finally discharge nearly odorless water vapor.

Daily usage precautions (before starting up + during use)

 

1. Pre-start check (must be done every time you use)

 

(1) Water level check: Open the covers of the upper and lower water circulation tanks and confirm that the water level reaches the water level mark (it must not be lower than the minimum water level, nor higher than the maximum water level). Low water levels can cause the water curtain/film to break, affecting the oil fume interception effect; high water levels can cause overflow from the tank, resulting in slippery floors or short circuits.

 

(2) Water quality check: If the water in the tank is turbid and has obvious oil floating on it, the water must be changed immediately to prevent oil from clogging the pump or nozzles. It is recommended to use clean tap water; do not add sewage, soapy water, or other impurities.

 

2. Circuit and fan check:

 

(1) Check the power cord for damage and ensure the plug is secure, and that the grounding is normal (for models with leakage protection, test the leakage protection device for sensitivity).

 

(2) After powering on, first turn on the fan to test if the fan speed is normal and if there are any abnormal noises; then start the water circulation pump and observe if the nozzles dispense water evenly and if there are any blockages or leaks.

 


Operating Instructions

 

1. Matching Heat and Fan: Adjust the fan speed according to the amount of smoke during grilling. Use a higher speed when there is a lot of smoke to prevent smoke from overflowing. Do not operate the grill without the fan/water pump; otherwise, the smoke will be emitted directly and will pollute the purification field.

 

2. Preventing Foreign Objects from Falling In: Prevent bamboo skewers, food scraps, and charcoal particles from falling into the water tank and clogging the water pump inlet or nozzle. It is recommended to use an anti-drop skewer holder when grilling to reduce the amount of foreign objects falling.

 

3. Timely Water Replenishment: For prolonged use, check the water level in the tank every 2-3 hours. Add fresh water promptly when the level drops to maintain a stable water curtain.
